Partner of the Tax practice, received her law degree (LL.B.) by Faculdade de Direito of Universidade de São Paulo (USP) in 2006, with doctored and post-doctored in Economic and Financial Law by USP, respectively in 2010 and 2014. Former advisor of CARF (Administrative Council of Tax Appeals) and current advisor of CMT (Municipal Council for Tax of the Municipality of São Paulo. With over 12 years of experience with the Tax practice, initially as lawyer of a boutique law firm on tax matters, having prepared legal opinion on relevant tax matters before superior courts (STF and STJ). Former representative of the University of São Paulo on budget, financial, intellectual property and contract matters
Member of the Agribusiness Commission of the Bar Association of São Paulo (OAB-SP) and member Tax and Legal Committee of the Brazilian Rural Society (SRB) and of the Tax Affairs Committee of FECMERCIO.
Arbitrator in the Chamber of Arbitration and Mediation of the Brazilian Rural Society.
Having published several books and articles, such as: “Teoria e prática das presunções em direito tributário” (Noeses, 2010); “Tributação no Agronegócio” (IDEA, 2015 (1ª ed.) and 2016 (2ª ed.)); and “Tributação na área da saúde” (Altai, 2011).
