Partner of the Labor and Social Security practice, received his law degree (LL.B.) by Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie in 2005, with post-graduation degree in Labor Litigation and Material Law by Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie in 2009 and post-graduation degree in Union Negotiations (W. Cerqueira Education) in 2014. MBA course in Business Management by Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV) in 2018. With over 15 years of experience in the labor and social security practice, acquired as a lawyer of a multinational pharmaceutical company and as partner of a traditional top tier law firm in Brazil, having represented multinational and national companies of the most diverse market segments and sizes.
Provides employment advice on individual and collective labor issues union negotiations, labor litigation and social security aspects.
Member of APRES– São Paulo Association of Union Relations and Studies.
Recognized by ‘Análise Advocacia 500’ of 2017, 2018 and 2019 by his work on the labor practice.
