Renato Poltronieri will speak at event about sewage concession agreements

On 29/11/2019 (thursday), Renato Poltronieri, lawyer responsible for the Public Law and Regulatory sector of NHM Advogados, will speak at an event about the Public Services Concession market, in particular the Sanitation Concession market, for the presentation of the Sewerage Concession Project on the Municipality of Crato/CE.

An evaluation will be made of the market acceptance of the project and interest in the business, to understand which are the most sensitive points of the business and proposal for possible adjustments.

The objective is to evaluate the attractiveness of the business based on the assumptions and parameters established in the engineering solution, economic and financial modeling aspects, as well as the evaluation of the legal aspects involved.

The event will be held at Caixa’s auditorium at Avenida Paulista, 2.064 – 18th floor, starting at 8:30 am, and will be attended by entities such as ABCON (Brazilian Association of Private Concessionaires of Public Services of Water and Sewerage).
