Graduated in Law from Universidade Estadual Paulista – UNESP in 1997, having completed a master’s degree in 2001 (Constitutional Economic Law) by Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, and a PhD in 2008 (Philosophy of Law and State ) Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo.
He has more than 20 years of experience acquired as a lawyer and member of the Regulatory and Public Law Sector in one of the largest and most traditional offices in Brazil, having acted as lawyer for large national and multinational companies.
He has been recognized and quoted in several legal publications since 2010 (Chambers, Legal 500 and Legal Analysis), with emphasis on consulting and advising on the planning, obtaining, renewal and / or regularization of Operational Licenses (Regulatory Compliance), such as registers, records and licenses of the Real Estate / Zoning sector, together with Regulatory Agencies; as well as in public law, consulting and advisory services to public bodies from administrative contracts to the management of administrative / public processes.
