Partner of the Dispute Resolution and Civil Consultancy areas, Tatiana Tiberio Luz holds a Ph.D (2024) and a LL.M (2011) in Civil Procedural Law at PUC-SP, where she also obtained her Postgraduation Degree in Civil Procedural Law (2005) and her Bachelor´s Degree in Law (2001). Tatiana has large experience in the Litigation and Arbitration area, having worked for about 10 years in two of the largest and most traditional law firms in Brazil, and 5 years in the one of the largest Brazilian financial institutions. She has extensive experience with national and international clients from different sectors, such as banking and finance, agribusiness, life sciences, digital law, intellectual property, consumer, automotive industry and civil construction, among others. Focuses her practice on pre-litigation consultancy and complex national and international disputes, in matters involving banking, digital, agribussines, life-sciences, consumer, environmental, construction, civil liability, among other matters. She acted as assistant professor for Professors Anselmo Prieto Alvarez, Sérgio Shimura and Cassio Scarpinella Bueno in the subject of Civil Procedural Law in the undergraduate law course at PUC-SP. She is a member of the Permanent Forum of Civil Processualists and an arbitror at the Amcham Brasil Arbitration and Mediation Center (CAM AMCHAM).
